Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the OREO reliability and observability team within Platform Engineering in Berlin. You will manage Site Reliability Engineers, shape the observability strategy, and ensure our cloud-native platform remains reliable, debuggable, and scalable across services.

You will partner with product, design and business teams to drive technical and people leadership, scale the SRE function, and own transversal services including Vault for secrets and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or SRE experience in cloud-native environments.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading technical teams.
• Deep understanding of observability tooling and architecture (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Loki).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, OpenTofu) and secrets management (Vault).
• Ability to mentor engineers, review designs, and guide architectural decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Reliability & Observability team and shape the observability strategy.
• Drive the evolution of Doctolib's observability platform to support growth.
• Hold accountability for reliable, debuggable, and scalable services across the org.
• Mentor engineers and balance technical depth with people leadership.
• Own transversal services including Vault for secrets and Terraform Enterprise for IaC.
