Alan in Paris is seeking an engineering leader to guide a cross-disciplinary team at the frontier of healthcare AI. You will own the architecture, shipping, and reliability of high-stakes AI systems across a real-world medical platform.

You'll partner with product, ML engineering, and medical experts to shape technical strategy, grow engineers, and deliver robust, scalable solutions with a focus on safety and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading engineering teams with track record of building high performers.
• Partner with product and ML teams as a true equal to shape roadmaps and commitments.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM products to production is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the engineering team and own the architecture for the platform.
• Drive platform reliability, latency, and on-call processes to support 24/7 teleconsultation.
• Align with medical and product teams to deliver scalable healthcare AI solutions.
