Alan in Paris is seeking a data-focused teammate to join the Data Team. You will work across analytics, engineering and science to deliver insights and data-powered features that help our members and internal teams.

We value ownership, rigorous analysis, and clear communication. Proficiency in SQL, Python and/or R, plus fluency in English, are essential as we build a horizontal data platform used by sales, product and care teams.

Qualifications

• Passionate about owning ambitious problems and developing simple solutions.
• Demonstrated impact during a first successful experience.
• Experience or willingness to grow in analytics, engineering, and science.
• Proficient in SQL, Python and/or R.
• Great listening and communication skills.
• Humble, kind, collaborative, and growth-minded.
• Fluent and clear in English; French not required.

• Build data-powered features and tools for members.
• Analyze health consumption patterns and product usage.
