Nabla is building the next generation of clinical AI in Paris. We seek a Senior ML Engineer to own end-to-end ML efforts, driving impactful projects that redefine clinician workflows and improve patient care.

You’ll lead teams, mentor engineers, and push for production-ready, scalable solutions in a healthcare setting. Based in Paris with a hybrid policy (1–2 days on-site, some remote flexibility), you’ll contribute to a fast-moving ML stack (Python, PyTorch, Transformers) and collaborate across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in training and deploying neural networks.
• Leadership experience across ML projects and mentoring engineers.
• Advanced Python coding with production-ready code.
• Passion for redefining workflows to improve patient care.
• Fluent in English and strong communication skills.
• Additional software engineering experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead ML projects with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
• Redefine clinicians’ workflows with AI to boost efficiency and care.
• Design experiments, model architectures, and labeling strategies for speech-to-text and note generation.
• Train, deploy, and monitor production ML models ensuring reliability in healthcare.
• Improve R&D processes to accelerate model delivery as Nabla scales.
