Alan is hiring a passionate full-stack software engineer to join our Engineering team in France. You will work on building infrastructure, interfaces, and applications that power services for millions of members and health professionals.

You will collaborate across product, design and security, contribute to design systems, and own features from idea to production. Strong frontend and backend skills, React, Python/Flask, and PostgreSQL are preferred. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles.
• Experience building internal tools, frameworks, CLIs, or libraries that improve developer workflows.
• Strong frontend development skills and understanding of modern UI practices.
• You've contributed to design systems, component libraries, or accessibility initiatives.
• You care about creating delightful experiences, whether building UIs or APIs.
