You’ll work in a hybrid environment, with options for amazing office spaces or remote work. Legal eligibility to work in France, Belgium, or Spain is required. A dedicated coach supports leadership growth from day one.

Qualifications

• You have 3+ years leading engineering teams with a track record of building high performers.
• You partner with product as an equal to shape roadmaps and trade-offs.
• Experience with modern development practices and AI-assisted development tools.
• You still review code and write some to stay hands-on.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering for Alan's internal platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Set technical direction and architectural standards across squads.
• Drive talent growth, onboarding, feedback, and performance within the team.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other functions to deliver high-impact results.
