You will stay hands‑on, help shape engineering culture, mentor future leaders, and drive technical strategy while enabling rapid delivery and robust systems that empower healthcare delivery worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Partner with other product functions as a true equal: shape the roadmap, name trade-offs honestly, and help the team commit to what it can actually deliver.
• Experience establishing engineering excellence standards, with the ability to guide architectural decisions.
• First-hand experience shipping AI or LLM products to production is a big plus.
• You're eager to keep writing code and still ship some yourself.
