Alan is building the AI-native company for real, with a focus on prevention, care, and scalable healthcare delivery. You will lead engineering across the Work Environment area, shaping architecture, standards, and the internal platform that powers our product.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on coding and practical, high-impact delivery. You will mentor engineers, drive technical strategy, and partner closely with product to align roadmaps, trade-offs, and delivery

Qualifications

3+ years leading engineering teams, with a track record of building high performers.
Partner with other product functions as a true equal: you shape the roadmap, name trade-offs honestly, and help the team commit to what it can actually deliver.
Experience establishing engineering excellence standards, with the ability to guide architectural decisions.
Recent hands-on experience. You still review code, and you still write some.

Responsabilités

Lead the engineering team and shape the technical direction of the Work Environment area.
Own architecture decisions and set security and incident response standards.
Guide internal platform development and ensure hands-on code reviews.
