You will work closely with product, ML, and clinical teams to ship production-ready AI solutions and support a global user base.

The role demands hands-on coding, strong architectural judgment, and a passion for building safe, scalable medical AI systems across regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Proven track record shipping AI/LLM products to production.
• Ability to shape roadmap and trade-offs with product teams.
• Willingness to write code and contribute hands-on.
• Experience with modern development practices and AI-assisted tooling.
