Energy Jobline ATTB seeks an Energy Efficiency Specialist to oversee program management of efficiency projects in Newark, NJ. You will coordinate with CLIENT, vendors, customers and consultants, managing scope, schedule and budget while ensuring compliance with program rules and reporting.

Your responsibilities include QA/QC, data analysis, and overseeing ECM installations such as HVAC and lighting. This role requires travel within CLIENT territory and a valid US driver’s license.

Formación

• B.S. degree with 5 years energy efficiency experience
• Or 9 years in energy efficiency without degree
• Experience processing milestone-based construction payments and forecasting financial spend
• Knowledge of energy efficiency measures, implementation, and cost
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word)
• Willingness to travel within CLIENT territory to meetings/inspections/relationships
• Valid US driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage the processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs
• Interface with CLIENT associates, vendors, customers and outside consultants to assure program rules and requirements are maintained, projects are cost effective, and regulatory reporting is timely
• Coordinate and direct activities of vendors and contractors
• Review vendor deliverables
• Monitor vendor performance and review/process vendor invoices
• Perform and oversee program and project QA/QC as required; apply energy savings knowledge
• Perform project site visits as required
• Compile and analyze data from projects to monitor status and report to management
• Projects may include HVAC, lighting, motors, EMS, etc., per program
