DATA4 is seeking an Energy & Resources Compliance Expert to own and drive energy regulatory watch, data disclosure, and rebilling governance across its European footprint. You will collaborate with OPS, Finance, Legal, Sustainability, IT, and Compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into action plans.

You will also support ISO 50001 audit management and energy efficiency projects, identifying opportunities and ensuring alignment with group standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a relevant field combining technical and regulatory expertise
• 5–7 years of experience in energy management, energy compliance, regulatory affairs or related roles
• Experience interpreting and implementing energy regulatory frameworks at European and national levels

Responsabilités

• Monitor energy regulatory developments impacting data center operations across Europe
• Own end-to-end energy data disclosures to external bodies
• Define and harmonise energy rebilling processes across countries
• Support ISO 50001 audit management and EnMS policy
• Identify and qualify energy efficiency opportunities across projects
