Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Energy & Sustainability Manager to lead multi-site energy programs and decarbonization initiatives for client portfolios. You will oversee data-driven reporting, cost optimization, and the delivery of measurable energy savings.

You will collaborate with operations teams, external partners and internal stakeholders to develop roadmaps, advocate for best practices, and ensure compliance with sustainability objectives while maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• Specialized technical understanding of HVAC, electrical, mechanical and BAS systems and their impact on sustainability goals.
• Advanced understanding of energy conservation measures.
• Strong ability to analyze corporate portfolio by benchmarking and reviewing utility data to drive sustainability measures.
• Advanced understanding of Greenhouse Gas emission scopes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility energy audits and technical reviews to identify high-impact ECMs and retrofits.
• Manage energy data collection and produce monthly/quarterly reports for clients.
• Engage Site Facility Managers to assess equipment schedules and BAS operation sequences.
• Develop decarbonization roadmaps and capital retrofit plans to meet client goals.
• Collaborate with teams to drive energy performance across portfolios.
