Energy Jobline ATTB seeks a structured finance/project finance professional to join its NYC hybrid team. You will lead credit processes, perform due diligence, and analyze cash flows for energy and infrastructure transactions, collaborating with legal, sponsors, and lenders.

The role emphasizes portfolio monitoring, rating proposals, and cross-functional coordination, with a strong emphasis on credit quality and deal execution. Hybrid schedule and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in financial institutions with 2+ years in project/structured finance.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or renewables project finance.
• Strong credit analysis and cash flow modeling skills.
• Hands-on financial model analysis experience.
• Excellent Excel skills; macros and pivot tables a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the credit process for new project finance transactions.
• Conduct due diligence and credit analysis on new transactions.
• Prepare credit applications and internal rating proposals.
• Present transactions internally and coordinate with the Credit Department.
• Review financial models, cash flows, ratings, and transaction documentation.
• Manage the documentation process alongside the legal team.
• Monitor existing project finance transactions.
• Review waivers, amendments, internal ratings, and internal reports.
• Conduct sector, country, regulatory, and portfolio-related research.
• Support senior management with internal branch reporting.
• Build relationships with sponsors, financial advisors, and lenders to identify new project finance opportunities.
