Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB seeks a seasoned energy management professional to plan, budget, implement, monitor, and evaluate county energy programs. The role leads sustainability initiatives, coordinates with departments, and presents quarterly energy usage reports.

The position requires a 3-year facility management background focusing on energy efficiency, supervision experience, and a certification pathway with the Association of Energy Managers. On-site work in Ada County.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field required.
• Three years' facility management experience with energy management focus.
• Experience supervising staff and interpreting laws/regulations.
• Experience creating reports and recommending energy/utility actions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, implement, monitor, and evaluate energy conservation activities.
• Lead energy management programs and sustainability initiatives.
• Develop and present energy usage reports to leadership.
• Coordinate with departments, vendors, and contractors on energy projects.
• Oversee building commissioning and maintenance related to energy systems.
