ixolabs.ai seeks an experienced reviewer to analyze emergency-dispatch scenarios across police, fire or ambulance tracks, evaluating triage, information gathering, coordination and protocol choices.

You will explain the correct actions an effective dispatcher would take and document decisions clearly for review, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility of conclusions.

Review emergency-dispatch examples within your police, fire or ambulance track. Assess triage, information gathering, coordination and protocol choices, identify unsafe priorities or omissions and explain what an effective dispatcher would do.

Professional background

Preferred experience comes from fire, police or ambulance dispatch, with familiarity with triage, standard protocols, escalation and simultaneous communication channels. You should stay composed while prioritizing competing requests and document decisions accurately.

For police/fire tracks, APCO/NENA certification is a relevant preferred credential alongside substantial emergency-communications experience. The ambulance track values practical dispatch experience without requiring formal certification. Training, procedure-improvement or evaluation work is an advantage. Explain the reasoning behind a decision clearly enough for another reviewer to assess it.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$35 $60/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
