ixolabs.ai is seeking a remote expert EMT to develop prehospital cases from dispatch to handoff, evaluating patient assessment and BLS decisions. Your field reasoning will be explained, and risks identified to avoid harm.

Requirements include NREMT certification, an active EMT license, and at least two years in emergency-response or interfacility work. AEMT or paramedic study is a plus. This is remote, paid IXO expert work with a 10‑hour weekly commitment and an hourly rate of $45–$70 USD.

Develop prehospital EMT cases from dispatch to handoff. Evaluate patient assessment, BLS protocols and scene-management decisions, explain field reasoning and identify responses that would create avoidable risks.

Professional background

Hold NREMT certification and an active state EMT license. You need at least two field years in emergency-response or interfacility work, with patient assessment, BLS and scene-management experience. Clear assessment/handoff documentation and ten hours weekly are required. High-volume urban work, field training or EMS teaching, AEMT certification and current paramedic study are preferred.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$45 $70/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
