ixolabs.ai is seeking a remote IXO expert to perform authorized telephone tasks including reservations, appointments and service-provider confirmations. You will navigate phone systems, document outcomes accurately, and protect sensitive information while supporting US-style interactions.

Ideal candidates have experience in telephone-based executive/virtual assistance or customer support, speak clear, neutral English, and possess a quiet workspace, reliable internet and a good headset.

Handle authorized telephone tasks such as reservations, appointments and service-provider confirmations. Navigate phone systems, communicate clearly in live conversations and document outcomes accurately while protecting the personal information needed for the request.

Professional background

Preferred experience includes telephone-based executive/virtual assistance, concierge work or customer support. You should speak clear, fluent, neutral English for US interactions, improvise naturally, place outbound or cold calls and navigate automated menus. A quiet workspace, reliable fast internet and a good wired/USB headset are needed for the format. Hospitality/travel knowledge, negotiation and escalation handling are advantages. Organize consecutive tasks independently and maintain service quality.

Location conditions apply to the named professional track:

• Customer Service: Latin America.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement. The planned phone-service format is four five-hour shifts per week for an initial four-week period, with weekend availability needed for some shifts; the actual schedule must be agreed before acceptance. Payment covers scheduled available hours, not individual calls.

Pay

$23 $33/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
