ixolabs.ai seeks an experienced remote IXO expert to develop advanced-life-support scenarios from dispatch through transfer of care.

You will evaluate airway, cardiology and medication decisions, and explain the clinical reasoning behind interventions to ensure patient safety.

Requires NRP, paramedic license and at least two years of ALS on a 911 service; plan for ten hours weekly and remote work. FP-C/CCP-C preferred; English must be fluent under pressure.

Qualifications

Description du poste

Develop advanced-life-support cases from dispatch to transfer of care. Evaluate airway, cardiology and medication decisions, explain the clinical reasoning behind interventions and identify treatment recommendations that violate protocol or endanger the patient.

Professional background

Hold NRP certification and an active state paramedic license. You need at least two years delivering ALS on a 911 service, with cardiology, airway and medication expertise. Explain decisions made under pressure clearly in English and plan for ten hours weekly. FP-C/CCP-C, field training/supervision, EMS teaching and high-acuity urban or tactical work are preferred.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$60 $85/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
