ixolabs.ai is seeking experts for remote, paid IXO expert work. You will agree on the task brief, allowed materials, outputs and schedule before starting, and you will be responsible for delivering accurate analyses and findings.

The role requires near-native English, strong ability to verify figures in spreadsheets or PDFs, and a track record in public-sector or regulated environments. Compensation is $55–$60 per hour USD, with rate agreed prior to engagement.

Professional background

Choose the public-service route that matches your work:

• Compliance: at least four years handling regulatory, licensing or program compliance, including actionable findings.
• Administrative services: at least five years managing public-institution facilities, records, procurement or related services.
• Child/family/school social work: at least four years with your own caseload, plus the license your state requires.
• Recreation: at least four years running community, parks, camp or school programs, including staffing and safety.
• Police supervision: at least four years as a sworn sergeant or higher-ranking supervisor.

Bring responsibility for practical findings, case plans, incident reviews or corrective decisions. Research-only policy work and private-sector analogues do not establish the public-administration experience needed here. Near-native professional English and the ability to check figures in spreadsheets or PDFs are required.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$55 $60/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
