Jobgether, in collaboration with a partner, seeks a Technical Project / Program Manager - Enterprise Imaging based in France to lead large-scale healthcare IT initiatives, focusing on imaging platforms, integrations, and AI-enabled technologies.

You will coordinate clinical stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver on time, within scope, and with measurable improvements in imaging workflows and patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar leadership role within healthcare IT.
• Proven experience managing enterprise healthcare technology implementations.
• Experience with enterprise imaging solutions such as Epic Radiant, Sectra, PACS, RIS, AI/ML imaging platforms, or comparable systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare IT implementation methodologies and end-to-end project delivery processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams, clinical users, executives, and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex healthcare IT projects and programs focused on enterprise imaging platforms and related technology initiatives.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and operational groups.
• Manage implementation activities including testing, deployment preparation, cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-launch stabilization.
• Support AI and machine learning initiatives designed to improve imaging workflows, automation, and clinical operations.
• Partner with healthcare, technical, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated imaging solutions.
• Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure effective communication between project teams, leadership, and external partners.
• Monitor project progress and provide clear updates on milestones, challenges, and delivery outcomes.
