Job summary

Otis Elevator Co. is seeking a Regional Talent & Learning Advisor for EMEA. You will partner with senior executives to implement talent strategies that boost performance and align global initiatives with regional needs.

This role can be based in various locations across the EMEA region, giving you exposure to diverse leaders and markets while driving leadership development, succession planning, and governance across our talent programs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in learning and/or talent management.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in succession planning, organizational development, and change management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, advise on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Talent Management & Succession: lead regional talent reviews and succession planning for critical roles.
• Change Leadership: support transformation initiatives and manage stakeholder engagement during organizational changes.
• Capability Building: deliver leadership development and skill-building programs with HRBPs and Talent COE.
• Governance & Compliance: ensure adherence to HR policies and monitor talent KPIs.
