Job summary

Veepee is seeking a Talent Development Partner to drive learning strategies and content for a multinational workforce. You will analyze development needs, design blended programs, and collaborate with HRBPs, directors, and business leaders to align learning with strategy.

You’ll manage HR cycle activities, performance reviews, and talent reviews across Europe, driving measurable impact while working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment. Remote-friendly with travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, L&D, or related field.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy learning programs aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Directors, and leaders to address development needs.
• Manage HR cycle activities including performance reviews and talent reviews.
• Lead data collection, analysis, and actionable reporting on learning outcomes.
