- Fluent in English and French.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the local People Power team in Estrées-Saint-Denis.
- Act as strategic HR Business Partner for designated EMEA units.
- Translate business objectives into people plans supporting growth and change.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding and employee experience.
- Support strategic People initiatives and transformation priorities across EMEA.
