Zusammenfassung

BSI seeks a Regional HR Manager-EMEA to lead operational HR delivery across Europe and adjacent regions in a hybrid model. You will manage a team of HR Generalists and Administrators, ensuring quality HR support and a positive employee experience while aligning local practices with global policies.

You will partner with People Partners, Employee Relations, Reward, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS to ensure compliant, efficient people operations and drive improvements across the region.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of HR experience with leadership of operations or shared services.
• Experience leading multi-country HR teams in a global matrix.
• Strong knowledge of local employment law and HR policies.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop regional HR Generalists and Admins across multiple countries.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliant, high-quality service.
• Manage workload planning, prioritisation, and service delivery standards.
• Escalate complex HR matters to specialist teams and partner as needed.
• Build relationships with leaders and the People team across the region.
• Guide managers on lifecycle processes and people-related matters.
• Drive consistency in HR processes, controls, and documentation.
• Lead regional implementation of global HR programmes with local relevance.
• Oversee payroll coordination, employee records and compliance.
• Monitor trends and risks, provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Support change management and embed new processes and systems.
