Semperis seeks an Area Vice President of Sales to lead our EMEA West enterprise cybersecurity business from the Paris area. You will manage Enterprise Sales Directors and own regional planning, pipeline health, forecasting, and complex deal execution.

You will build a disciplined MEDDPICC-led sales operation and collaborate with channel partners and internal teams to expand market presence across France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Benelux.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales leadership experience.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Sales Directors to deliver net-new ARR against regional goals.
• Recruit and retain high-calibre enterprise sales talent as the organisation scales.
• Establish a clear operating rhythm across pipeline generation, deal inspection, forecasting, QBRs, and regional planning.
• Own the annual regional sales plan and build a disciplined pipeline engine for growth.
• Embed MEDDPICC or equivalent methodologies; coach on qualification, territory planning, value selling, and deal execution.
• Lead from the front in complex enterprise opportunities and support negotiation to close.
