Databricks Inc. in Paris is seeking a Sales Strategy & Execution Manager to partner with the VP, South and leadership team for France, Spain, Italy and Israel.

You will perform in-depth analyses, build scalable tools, and own the cadence of reporting, forecasting, territory planning and productivity modeling. You will work cross-functionally with global stakeholders, identify optimization opportunities, and translate ambiguous data into actionable recommendations.

Competenze

• Strong experience in sales strategy, management consulting, and/or business development.
• Proficiency with analytical tools: Spreadsheet/Excel, Salesforce, SQL.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills.
• French language skills are a nice-to-have.

Mansioni

• Directly serve as the Strategy partner for the VP, South & their leadership team.
• Act as champion and challenger of the EMEA South leadership team.
• Independently own analysis with large datasets to gather insights and guide investment and growth.
• Own all reporting, forecasting, territory planning, and quota/productivity modelling.
• Work cross-functionally and globally with internal stakeholders to identify optimisation opportunities and resolve data challenges.
