Job summary

Axis Communications AB is seeking a Solution Marketing Manager, EMEA, to lead demand generation and develop market-facing messaging across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
10+ years of proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within tech, security, or advanced solution environments.
Deep expertise in marketing campaigns, demand generation, and multi-channel go-to-market execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

Strategic Campaign Development & Execution: Develop, implement, and lead demand generation campaigns with multi-channel execution across regions.
Content & Messaging: Define compelling value propositions for IT/security decision-makers with market-ready messaging.
Performance Measurement & Optimization: Track campaign metrics and optimize ROI based on data and market feedback.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with regional marketing and sales teams to ensure local relevance and seamless execution.
