Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a Solution Consultant Intern in Paris for January–June 2027 (6 months). You will join an EMEA team to onboard sellers to Mirakl Connect, delivering tailored enablement and building expertise in Catalog Transformer.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes, document best practices, and grow in a fast-paced, AI‑driven SaaS environment. Salary ranges and Paris‑based office available.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (M1 or M2) for a six-month internship in 2027.
• Has at least one prior internship or corporate experience, ideally in an enterprise environment.
• Interest in technology, SaaS platforms, or digital products.

Responsibilities

• Support and progressively take ownership of end-to-end seller onboarding on Mirakl Connect.
• Guide sellers through onboarding steps and deliver enablement sessions for varied technical knowledge levels.
• Develop expertise in Catalog Transformer and assist sellers with catalogue troubleshooting.
• Create and improve onboarding documentation, guides, and internal content.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Data Science/AI teams to gather feedback and improve the seller experience.

Solution Consultant Intern — Mirakl Connect

Paris | January – June 2027 (6 months)

1. The Team You’ll Join

You’ll be part of our EMEA Solution Consulting team led by Jonathan D’Elissagaray, Director of Solution Consulting. The team consists of two Solution Consultants focused on Mirakl Connect, working alongside four Platform Consultants covering B2B customers across Southern Europe and the Middle East. Together, you’ll be helping sellers successfully onboard and grow through the Mirakl Connect ecosystem.

2. Your Impact

• Support and progressively take ownership of end-to-end seller onboarding on Mirakl Connect, starting with simpler cases and building toward greater autonomy.
• Guide sellers through key onboarding steps and deliver clear enablement sessions tailored to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Develop expertise in Catalog Transformer — Mirakl’s AI-based catalogue management product — and support sellers in troubleshooting and optimising their catalogues.
• Contribute to scaling onboarding by creating and improving documentation, guides, and internal content, and by identifying opportunities for process and reporting automation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Data Science/AI teams, capturing feedback from onboarding activities to continuously improve the seller experience.

3. What You’ll Bring to the Role

Experience:

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (M1 or M2) at a business school, engineering school, or equivalent institution, available for a six-month internship from January 2027
• At least one previous internship or corporate experience, ideally in an enterprise environment
• Demonstrated interest in technology, SaaS platforms, or digital products
• Familiarity with APIs, data, or automation tools is a plus but not required

Skills:

• Autonomous and solution-oriented, with solid project management skills and the ability to see tasks through from start to finish
• Strong communication and teaching skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Curious and proactive, with a genuine interest in AI and a willingness to use it practically, including for troubleshooting AI-based products
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in English across an international, cross-functional team
