Deepgram is seeking a Pre-sales Solutions Engineer in an EMEA-ready remote role to win complex evaluations, design clear solution paths, and drive adoption for strategic accounts. You will partner across discovery, POC, production launch and expansion, and work closely with AEs, Product, Engineering, and Support.

The role requires 5+ years in solutions engineering, solid software engineering skills (JS/TS or Python), and strong cloud experience with Docker/Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing pre-sales roles.
• Professional software engineering experience in at least one language (JS/TS, Python, or Rust).
• Strong cloud platform experience; comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, networking, and secure API design.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery for strategic opportunities; map goals to measurable criteria.
• Design, scope, and execute POCs proving value with defined datasets and metrics.
• Build prototypes and demos using Deepgram APIs; show, not just tell.
• Advise on architecture for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost (cloud, self-hosted, hybrid).
• Navigate security/compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2) for EMEA.
• Triage issues during evaluations; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support.
• Create reusable assets: samples, reference architectures, runbooks, field guides.
• Partner with AEs/CSMs and engineers for smooth post-win continuity.
