DataDome in Paris is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our team. You will collaborate with AEs/AMs and clients to translate business challenges into tailored solutions, from initial demos through production deployment.

You will be a trusted partner, guiding prospects and solving complex problems in a fast-moving, AI-driven security environment, with a focus on delivering real-world impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years pre-sales experience within an enterprise level SaaS ecosystem.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Experience with web-based solutions and structured data.

Responsabilités

• Understand and advise on how to deploy DataDome solution for complex customer problems.
• Visualize customer systems and information topology.
• Lead technical discussions with prospects to define challenges & success criteria.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact demos and presentations.
• Guide customers through evaluation to meet business objectives and requirements.
• Configure prospect instances to enhance bot detection.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product & Marketing to promote adoption & capture feedback.
• Work with Account Executives to assess and track opportunities in Salesforce.
