Job summary

Hostaway is seeking an experienced EMEA Sales Manager to lead a remote team of Account Executives and drive revenue growth across the region. The role requires strategic planning, mentoring, and deep SaaS sales expertise in the vacation rental or hospitality tech space.

In this fully remote position, you will shape sales strategy, forecast performance, and collaborate with Marketing, CS, and Product to capture market share while maintaining a global perspective and cross-cultural adaptability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a sales role with 2–3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• SaaS sales experience, preferably B2B in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience selling to or within EMEA markets and multilingual teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a remote Account Executive team across the EMEA region.
• Set targets and KPIs; conduct pipeline reviews and coaching sessions.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive EMEA sales strategy and GTM plan.
• Own the EMEA sales pipeline from lead to close for predictable revenue.
• Continuously optimize sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Product to gather market feedback.
• Provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Drive data-based decisions to improve team performance and revenue growth.
