STMicroelectronics seeks aRegion HR Business Partner – EMEA S&M to translate business priorities into practical people actions across the EMEA region. You will lead organizational projects and partner with CoEs to drive engagement, capability-building, and performance improvements.

You will work with senior leaders to ensure talent presence, build leadership capability, and embed HR standards and data-driven practices across the region.

Competenze

• Around 10 years of HR experience in an international, matrixed and technology-driven environment.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, translating business priorities into people actions.
• Strong experience with senior leaders and key stakeholders, securing buy-in and coaching leaders on complex topics.
• Experience implementing and improving HR processes aligned with HR standards.
• Experience working on capability-building programs for commercial teams with business leaders and CoEs.
• Strong use of people data, organizational diagnosis and market insights to support decisions.
• Comfortable using digital and AI-enabled tools to prepare insights and improve HR execution.

• Support the strategic direction of the business by cascading HR activities in line with global HR and business strategy.
• Steer people and organizational projects for the assigned business scope, advising on engagement, performance and well-being.
• Identify skill gaps and deploy targeted learning and development resources for commercial teams.
• Engage local HR partners to ensure local and regional execution of centrally defined strategies.
• Ensure the right talent by supporting workforce discussions, talent reviews, and development opportunities.
• Provide input on business needs and people indicators using diagnosis and metrics.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Reward CoEs to support appropriate reward strategies.
• Ensure HR processes are executed in line with HR standards and global principles.
