Job summary

HM.CLAUSE in Portes-lès-Valence seeks a senior HR Business Partner R&D EMEA to partner with R&D leadership across the region and manage two site HRBPs in Angers and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. You will coordinate HR activities France, Spain, Turkey and Jordan, and align with Global R&D HR colleagues in AMPA & Asia, shaping talent strategies and organizational design.

The role blends strategic HR leadership with hands-on coaching, ensuring French employment law compliance and driving an inclusive,

Qualifications

Master's degree in HR, Labor Law, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in R&D, scientific, or technical environments.
Proven experience managing or coordinating HR professionals.
Experience supporting international / multi-country environments.
Strong knowledge of employment law in France.
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders in complex and matrix organizations.

Responsibilities
