Job summary

HM.CLAUSE is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for Sales, Marketing & Support Functions EMEA. You will partner with regional leadership, translate people priorities into high-impact actions, and lead a small HR team across France and Italy, with dotted lines to Spain, Turkey, Algeria.

You will drive talent development, succession planning, and HR cycles, while ensuring fair practices across countries.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Labour Law, or related field.
• 5+ years HR generalist/HRBP experience.
• Strong international profile.
• Fluent French & advanced English.
• 1 day/week remote working, depending on position.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing & Support leadership across EMEA.
• Lead HR cycles: People Review, merit review, performance management.
• Coordinate HR support with France and Italy; support other subsidiaries.
• Drive talent development and succession planning for key commercial roles.
• Ensure fair and consistent people practices across countries.
