Black Duck is seeking a Regional Field Chief Technology Officer to act as a senior technical executive, trusted advisor, and public voice of our technology strategy in the EMEA region. You will engage with C-level leaders, translate AI-driven platform capabilities into credible narratives, and represent the company as a thought leader across the industry.

You will lead technical engagements, collaborate with sales, and guide product and roadmap discussions while traveling up to 50% to customer

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a senior technical leadership role with customer-facing experience
• Domain expertise in application security (SAST, SCA, DAST) and cloud/SaaS
• Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts as applied to security and responsible adoption
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, executive-friendly narratives

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for C-level and senior technical stakeholders in enterprise accounts
• Lead multidisciplinary technical engagements and executive briefings across the region
• Represent Black Duck as a technical evangelist for the platform and roadmap
• Translate platform AI/ML capabilities into credible narratives for technical and executive audiences
• Partner with Sales/Presales to address strategic opportunities and advise on roadmap impact
• Support RFPs and security questionnaires with authoritative technical input
• Capture customer/market feedback to inform Product, Engineering, and Sales
• Coach teams on technical storytelling and responsible AI practices
