ENEA is seeking a Sales Director for the Embedded Security Business Unit to drive profitable revenue growth across the EMEA region. The role involves promoting Qosmos DPI and Threat Detection technologies to network equipment manufacturers, solution vendors, system integrators, cybersecurity providers, and public-sector ecosystems.

As a senior leader, you will develop an EMEA territory plan, manage the full sales cycle with Pre-Sales support, and represent ENEA at government and partner events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in sales/pre-sales

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an EMEA territory plan with priorities, target accounts and revenue goals
• Plan strategic account and partner activities and deliver executive-level presentations
• Manage the full sales cycle with Pre-Sales Engineering support from qualification to closing
• Develop government-focused system integrators, prime contractors and cybersecurity partners
• Represent Enea at government, defense and partner events and at customer engagements
• Maintain accurate opportunity management, pipeline and revenue forecasting for EMEA
• Track government market dynamics and procurement practices
• Build trusted relationships with key accounts and agencies
