Crosslake Technologies LLC is seeking a Product Lead Practitioner for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role blends product strategy, AI-driven product development, and investment diligence across diverse European markets.

You will partner with investment teams, operating partners, and portfolio leaders to evaluate defensible AI product strategies, roadmap credibility, and growth potential across multiple countries and regulatory contexts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management in senior or executive roles (Director, VP, CPO or equivalent) at B2B software or SaaS in EMEA or globally.
• Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML-powered products and defining AI product strategy, including build/partner/buy decisions.
• Strong analytical capabilities using market research, customer data, and competitive intelligence to form defensible conclusions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to translate product and tech complexity for executive audiences across borders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and contribute to product assessments for investment firms and portfolio companies across the EMEA lifecycle.
• Evaluate target company's product strategy, roadmap, and GTM across EMEA markets.
• Assess AI integration, differentiating capabilities from surface-level positioning and implications for competitive advantage.
• Analyse product-market fit, segmentation, expansion, localization, and growth assumptions across EMEA.
• Review product team structure and delivery capability for distributed EMEA teams.
• Conduct primary research including executive interviews and customer discovery across relevant markets.
• Synthesize findings into investment-grade deliverables and communicate to deal teams and leadership across EMEA.
• Advise portfolio company product leaders on strategy, prioritisation, localization, and capability development post-close.
