Jobgether seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to drive enterprise AI voice deployments remotely across EMEA. You will own architecture, post-sales technical success, and delivery of scalable solutions, working with sales, CS, product, and engineering teams.

You will collaborate on pre-sales discovery, proofs of concept, and create reusable assets while handling Tier-3 troubleshooting and incident response in a fast-moving, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture or similar, customer-facing role.
• Experience with production-grade architectures and post-sales deployments.
• Hands-on software engineering in Python, Rust, or JavaScript.

Responsabilités

• Lead architecture and deployments for enterprise AI voice solutions.
• Own post-sales technical success and production deployments across EMEA.
• Provide Tier-3 troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and durable fixes.
