Jobgether SRL seeks a Partner Engineer in France to lead technical relationships with a portfolio of strategic EMEA partners. You will enable partners, review integrations, and drive architectural excellence across composable CMS and digital experience platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years in engineering roles within SaaS/PaaS, hands-on API and frontend experience, and a track record of enabling partners to lead technical conversations. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture within SaaS or PaaS environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with headless and composable architectures, including APIs and modern frontend patterns.
• Comfortable building working prototypes when required, even if production coding isn't daily.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate prototyping.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical relationship for a portfolio of 20–30 strategic EMEA partners.
• Develop and execute partner technical enablement strategies (training, certification paths).
• Review partner-built accelerators and integrations for architecture, performance, and quality.
• Provide technical feedback to partners and help improve their solutions.
• Travel up to ~25% to partner locations, customer sites, and events.
