Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Lead Practitioner based in France to advise investors and technology leaders on high-impact product and technology decisions across EMEA.

You will assess product strategy, AI capabilities, market positioning, and growth opportunities throughout the investment lifecycle. You will synthesize documentation, customer insights, market data, and interviews into structured, investment-grade deliverables, and you will support portfolio companies with product strategy,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product management experience with leadership roles.
• Strong experience in B2B software or SaaS across international markets.
• Proven track record shipping products at scale with roadmaps.
• Hands-on AI/ML product leadership and risk considerations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Experience across enterprise software and full product lifecycle.

• Lead product assessments for investment teams across the EMEA lifecycle.
• Evaluate product strategy, roadmaps, go-to-market approaches, and competitive positioning.
