Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager (FRANCE) within Enterprise Support ISV to guide customers in cloud adoption, drive operational health, and deliver strategic guidance across stakeholders from developers to executives.

The TAM will help ISV customers maximize value from AWS services, craft proactive plans, and resolve technical challenges while maintaining strong, trusted relationships across the business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Technical Account Manager or similar advisory role.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders including C-suite.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Guide, consult, provide technical guidance, and advocate for the customer within AWS.
• Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy and optimized in terms of cost, complexity, security, performance and resiliency.
• Develop trusting relationships with customers understanding both business needs and technical challenges.
• Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, architecture, cost/benefit trade-offs and risk management.
• Consult with stakeholders from developers through to C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants and Sales Account Managers.
• Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.
• Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, monthly and quarterly metrics, and detailed pre-launch planning.
• Solve problems across different customers as they migrate workloads to the cloud.
