Google Cloud is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to serve as the primary technical advisor for our enterprise customers in France. You will accelerate cloud adoption, optimize operations, and help customers achieve business objectives using Google's cloud platform.

You will combine technical depth with strong client-facing skills to understand business needs, guide implementation, and advocate for customers within Google, building trusted partnerships across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role working with stakeholders, and managing customer technical implementations or transformation programs.
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, technical support, escalation management, or IT consulting.
• Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsabilités

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading the implementation journey and providing technical guidance.
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adoption blockers and drive feature development across multiple work streams.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders (C-Suite and IT) to understand business needs and develop roadmaps, leading quarterly business reviews.
