Job summary

Aircall in Paris seeks a hands-on leader to run the EMEA Scaled Account Management team within Small Business GTM. You’ll own ambitious post-sales metrics, drive expansion, mitigate churn, and coordinate with global teams to shape the playbook and regional strategy.

You’ll lead a data-driven, high-volume AM motion across inbound and targeted outbound, partnering with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales Ops to maximize retention and revenue.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in account management, customer success or commercial roles in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years leading teams and managing SMB or transactional accounts.
• Strong analytics: cohorts, churn, funnel, forecasting; BI or CRM proficiency.
• Capable of designing playbooks, SLAs and operating cadences.

Responsibilities

• Own EMEA Net Revenue Retention, renewal rate targets and forecasting.
• Lead and develop the EMEA team: hiring, coaching and performance reviews.
• Oversee inbound/outbound plays, guardrails, discounting and escalation paths.
• Drive AI-enabled expansion, pipeline creation and close rates.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Ops on growth initiatives.
• Build churn analytics, test interventions and scale successful tactics.
