Cast AI is seeking a high-impact Enterprise Sales Executive for France and Southern Europe. You will own end-to-end territory development, build a strong outbound pipeline, and close logos with a focus on delivering measurable business value.

You will engage CTOs and DevOps leaders, leveraging MEDDIC, AI-assisted research, and cross-functional support to maximize outcomes and drive long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• Full enterprise sales cycle experience from outreach to close.
• Proven hunter with own pipeline built via outbound.
• Experience selling cloud SaaS in Cloud Infrastructure/Cost Control/DevOps.
• Hands-on MEDDIC sales methodology.
• Strong negotiation with focus on customer outcomes.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage outbound pipeline weekly, close deals.
• Own the French and Southern European territory end to end.
• Run Opportunity Assessments to identify target accounts.
• Lead Value Discovery conversations linking Cast AI to prospect's infra and costs.
• Demonstrate value to CTOs, platform/DevOps leaders with Sales Eng.
• Negotiate and close with long-term outcomes.
• Drive Value Delivery with implementation teams and measure results.
• Use AI tools in research and planning.
