Jobgether is seeking a Senior Director, Alliance based in France to lead and scale strategic alliances across EMEA with top-tier Global Systems Integrators. You will shape joint strategies to drive customer adoption, revenue, and growth, while guiding a high-performing alliance organization across cross-functional teams.

You will own partner governance, drive co-innovation, and lead partner-led go-to-market programs to accelerate enterprise transformation in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships across EMEA.
• Experience leading alliance teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of Global Systems Integrators and partner ecosystems.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the EMEA alliance strategy with GSI partners.
• Build C-suite relationships and governance with priority partners.
• Develop partner strategies around consumption, bookings, and joint innovation.
• Lead evolution of partner capabilities in Data and AI technologies.
• Drive co-innovation, IP, and partner-led go-to-market campaigns.
• Manage a team of alliance professionals and mentor regional staff.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to increase partner-sourced pipeline and impact.
• Establish governance for partner-sourced vs partner-influenced pipeline.
• Develop enablement programs including certifications and sales training.
