Jobgether seeks a Solutions Architecture Senior Manager based in France to lead and scale a regional organization across Europe, collaborating with Sales to define engagement models and drive value for strategic customers.

You will work with CIOs/CTOs and AI leaders, shaping how technical teams support growth while influencing product direction from customer insights across EMEA. Remote work from Europe is available.

Qualifications

• Proven people-management experience with hiring, coaching, and developing senior professionals.
• Strong track record leading customer-facing technical teams across EMEA.
• Experience building, scaling, and operating Solutions Architecture or similar orgs.
• Ability to engage with CIOs/CTOs and senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native infrastructure and AI workloads.

Responsabilités

• Build and scale a high-performing Solutions Architecture organization across multiple EMEA countries.
• Define and improve the regional engagement model with Sales leadership.
• Establish operating processes, performance expectations, and priorities.
• Recruit and develop senior technical professionals and future leaders.
• Engage with senior customers and partners on strategic opportunities.
• Guide product and technology direction with customer insights from across EMEA.
• Shape future organizational structure as the business grows.
