Smalk Ai is seeking an Account Executive to lead the France and EMEA territories. You will own the commercial cycle, building relationships and educating the market on their Generative Engine Advertising platform. The ideal candidate will have vast experience in media sales and a strong network in the agency ecosystem.

This role offers a competitive package with a fixed and variable compensation structure, equity opportunities, and the chance to shape a nascent market. You will work in a hybrid environment based in Paris with expectations for EMEA travel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing deals with agencies or large advertisers.
• Comfortable in fast, ambitious, early-stage environments.
• English mandatory and available to travel EMEA 1-2× per quarter.

Responsabilités

• Own the full commercial cycle: sourcing, qualifying, pitching, proposing, and closing.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in agencies.
• Educate the market about the GEA category and position Smalk AI effectively.

Connaissances

8–15+ years in media, AdTech, programmatic, or digital advertising sales

Deep fluency in the media agency ecosystem

Strong outbound ability

Excellent storytelling
