Burgess recruitment is urgently seeking a temporary Crew Chef for a 100m+ motor yacht, based in France. Immediate start with end date around 15 December. The role requires STCW, ENG1, FHS Level 3 and Ship's Cook Certificate, with duties including menu planning, galley hygiene, stock control and ensuring food safety.

Salary is 4500 EUR + DOE; vessel travels to the Caribbean. Applicants should be able to work long hours and maintain team morale in a busy, prestigious environment.

Formación

• Must have STCW, ENG1, FHS Level 3 and Ship's Cook Certificate.
• Excellent hygiene, high galley standards and storeroom cleanliness.
• Balance nutritious menus and diets for crew.
• Maintain dry and refrigerated stores and inventories.
• Minimise waste and manage provisions efficiently.
• Compliance with food safety and hygiene at all times.
• Willing to work long hours during busy periods.
• Strong communication and kitchen management skills.
