Bluewater is seeking a Head Chef for a 73-metre private motor yacht based in Antibes. The role requires proven experience as Head Chef on yachts 60m+ and a strong knowledge of healthy, international cuisines with the ability to adapt menus to guest dietary needs.

Shipyard period for the next 3–4 months, followed by Antibes for the remainder of the winter. Exciting new-build project ahead; crew projected to transition toward end of 2027. Rotation: 2:2.

Qualifications

• Must hold STCW certification.
• Must hold ENG1 medical certificate.
• Culinary training essential for private yacht cooking.
• Food Safety At Sea (HABC Level 2) required.

73m single season private motor yacht
Proven experience as a Head Chef on yachts 60m+
Strong knowledge of healthy and international cuisines.
Ability to adapt menus to guest preferences and dietary requirements.
Shipyard period for the next 3–4 months, followed by Antibes for the remainder of the winter.
Exciting new-build project ahead, with the crew projected to transition across toward the end of 2027.
New-build launch scheduled for mid-2028.

Contract: 2:2 rotation

Itinerary: Mediterranean (Summer) / Antibes, SOF (Winter)
