KONE in France seeks a service technician responsible for customer satisfaction by delivering quality on-site service, maintaining equipment safety and performance, and providing precise real-time reporting.

You will manage site risks, follow escalation procedures, coordinate with on-site contact persons, perform unplanned repairs when approved, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction through quality of service and on-site communication.
• Maintain accurate, real-time reporting of work performed at equipment level for e-Optimum and customer notification.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers, the on-site contact person and end-users.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for equipment safety and performance.
• Manage site environment during service operations.
• Identify site risks and communicate them to supervisor.
• Take immediate on-site action for high risk situations and apply escalation procedures.
• Identify unplanned service repairs and obtain on-site approval if not contract-covered, then perform them.
• Ensure safety of end-users and the working environment during service visits.
• Plan workload in coordination with service supervisor.
• Prepare and submit time sheets.
• Maintain proximity stock and ensure tools, van, and instruments are safe and in good condition.
• Contribute to product and process improvements through feedback to PCM.
